Chris Brown reportedly files defamation suit against rap accuser
In a week which was supposed to be all fun in Paris following news that Chris Brown had inked a deal with RCA that saw him becoming the youngest major artist to own his masters, the controversial found himself behind bars after a woman accused him of rape. He was however released without charges after French Police found the woman's story unbelievable. The woman in her statement to police, alleged she was not physically threatened to have sex but was instead was under "great psychological pressure".
Chris Brown after being released continued with shooting his video in Paris and is staying at the same hotel. According to TMZ Chris Brown has reportedly filed a defamation suit against his accuser. The maximum penalty if the woman is found guilty is one year.
In a now deleted Instagram post Chris Brown labeled the woman a liar. His now deleted posted is below:
“THIS B!TCH LYIN’”: “I WANNA MAKE IT PERFECTLY CLEAR...... THIS IS FALSE AND A WHOLE LOT OF CAP!” and, “FOR MY DAUGHTER AND MY FAMILY THIS IS SO DISRESPECTFUL AND IS AGAINST MY CHARACTER AND MORALS!!!!!”
